Kathleen Sheridan is a licensed salesperson at Howard Hanna Rand Realty, based in her home town of Old Tappan, NJ.  With a background in education, she brings 27 years of teaching experience in the Teaneck and Westwood Regional School Districts to her real estate career.

Kathy's expertise in assessing and meeting the needs of her students, her keen attention to detail, and her genuine desire to assist others have seamlessly translated into her work with clients, supporting them with their real estate requirements.

A lifelong resident of Bergen County, Kathy has been an active member of the community for over 40 years, primarily in the Pascack and Northern Valley areas. She has dedicated her time to serving her church and community in various capacities, including being a valued member of the Women's Cornerstone team at St. Pius X Parish in Old Tappan. Additionally, she has been involved in volunteering and previously served as a CCD teacher in her parish. Kathy's commitment to community extends further as she served as the past president of the Old Tappan PTA and played a key role in establishing the PTSA at Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan.
